A yearly licence for access to ARC, then what you use each month: active studies and active patients. Teams and research groups are priced apart, research groups higher. Team members are never charged.

How billing works

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before sales tax. Tax follows your organization’s billing region.
A study or patient counts in a month if it was active on any day of it; each month is billed on its busiest day, so a quiet week is not averaged in.
The licence is billed when you start and every twelve months after; usage is billed monthly. Invoices are paid by bank transfer or cheque.
Research groups are corporate research groups, contract research organizations and academic research groups; teams are clinics, hospitals, referral practices and individual research teams. If you are not sure which you are, choose either: we confirm it with you before your first invoice.
Running ARC on your own server is a yearly licence with no usage fees. Ask about it.
