Run ARC yourself
The same software as the hosted platform, installed on a server you control: at your organization, or in your own cloud account. Nothing is sent to us.
What you get
- The whole platform: the app, its background worker and the print gateway, from the same releases as the hosted one.
- Your own database, file store and certificates. Patients’ and owners’ details never leave your server.
- Each release, with its database changes, and the installation and backup guide.
- Usage is still measured and shown, if your organization bills its own members.
What it needs
- A server
- Linux with Docker; at least 4 cores, 8 GB of memory and 100 GB of disk (8 cores, 16 GB and 250 GB recommended).
- Two names
- One for the app and one for its files, both pointing at the server, with certificates from Let’s Encrypt or your own.
- A mail service the server can send through: sign-in links and invitations go by email.
- Backups
- A separate disk or machine for the nightly backups, and someone who checks them.
What it costs
A yearly licence with no usage fees: from $4,000 for a team and $18,000 for a research group. We agree the terms with you before giving access.
Ask to run it yourself
Tell us who you are and where you would run it. A platform administrator replies by email with the terms and, once agreed, access to the release.
